HCF is a registered 501(c) non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Hazara culture, language, and identity
while supporting community growth and social well-being in Florida.
Purpose and Activities
- Promote Hazara culture, language, and traditions.
- Support families adjusting to new communities.
- Provide emergency financial support.
- Advocate for Hazara rights and awareness.
- Offer education and vocational training.
Membership
Any Florida resident who supports HCF’s mission may apply. Membership becomes active after application,
dues payment, and Board approval.
$10 per family per month.
Example 1: Parents + children under 18 count as one membership.
Example 2: Any adult 18+ must have their own membership.

Governance
The Board of Directors oversees decision-making, planning, and operation management for the organization.
Financial Management
All checks must be signed by the Treasurer and Secretary, with a counter-signature from the President.
